Marketing Coordinator


Successful candidate will have an Associates or Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field with proposal preparation experience, preferably in marketing engineering services at a consulting firm. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio would also be helpful. This position will assist with various marketing functions of the organization by performing the following duties personally:

  • Prepares proposals and introductory packages.
  • Document assembly and reproduction.
  • Assists in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Maintains database with regards to opportunities, contacts and proposal generation.
  • Develops and standardizes formats of all proposals of the firm.
  • Consistently updates & maintains project experience & professional staff resume materials.
  • Helps organize materials for formal presentations.
  • Prepares computer graphics for proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinates firm attendance of trade shows (display and materials).
  • Writing, word processing, typing, editing and manipulation of information (letters, proposals, brochures and other marketing materials).
  • Develops and places advertising materials.
  • Writes and places press releases.
  • Firm services brochure - Keeps updated.
  • Create/maintain Project Photo Library.
  • Coordinates firm-sponsored seminars in-house.
